- Implement and maintain best prastice management systems
- Achieve and maintain preferred contractor and prequalification status with key client groups
- Coninuously improve internal systems to ensure total integration of business activities

Maintain consistent and controlled economic growth and profitability to provide security and longevity for our business plus provide security and certainty for our people.
- Prepare formal business plan including annual budgets and targets
- Implement formal financial reporting protocols and cost control procedures
- Develop corporate risk management protocols
