- Establish a contact register and contact strategies for all clients and consultants.
- Shift procurement focus away from price dependency whilst maintaining market competetiveness.
- Maintain and market the diversity of our operations.

Initiate and enhance service provider and supplier relationships to guarantee priority service, quality and value without compromising our ethical behaviour, good faith and fair dealings.
- Develop and deliver a procurement charter.
- Initiate collaborative and partnering arrangements with key providers.
- Undertake regular evaluations of service providers and provide ongoing feedback.

Achieve mutually beneficial project outcomes by measuring performance against key indicators which include client and stakeholder expectations, project profitability and systems conformance.
- Identify and document project key performance indicators.
- Carry out project debriefs for all projects including client feedback.
- Develop and implement protocols for the engagement of service providers.
